You may not need to hire a graphic designer for every everyday business graphic when you have Canva. The free version is genuinely powerful. I use Canva to create graphics for social media, event materials, presentations, magazine content, and more. The drag-and-drop interface means you spend time creating, not trying to figure out the software.

Claude is my AI thinking partner. I use it for writing, strategy, content development, website builds, and working through complex ideas. And I'm still learning! I use the $20-per-month Claude Pro, which includes access to Claude Code and Cowork. These tools help me build, organize, and automate certain tasks that I might otherwise need to hire someone to do.

Clipchamp is Microsoft's video editor, and it is more capable than many business owners realize. I use it to edit content for The Possible Woman Channel without needing to invest in expensive video software. Clean interface, straightforward editing, and it comes with your Microsoft account.
