You were never
meant to be
invisible.

You've been building something real. Showing up. Doing the work. And somehow the world still hasn't caught up to who you actually are. I built The Possible Woman because I refused to let that be the end of your story.

HER · STORY

They told her it was impossible.
She did it anyway.

Some people find their purpose. Sharon Ringier was raised by hers. Raised by her grandmother, Sharon grew up beside a young mother whose life ended far too soon due to kidney failure. She witnessed that loss at just 18 years old. Ten months later, her grandmother, the woman who had been everything to her, died of breast cancer. The early lesson in how precious and unfinished a life can be never left her. It became the quiet catalyst behind everything she would go on to build: a determination to help women write their own legacies while they still have every chance to.

Sharon's entrepreneurial story began in the late 1990s with a boutique wedding planning company that soon grew to include social and corporate events. Her exuberance, creativity, and flawless execution earned her a reputation for excellence and a client roster that included Shemekia Copeland, the Queen of Blues and an eight-time Grammy Award nominee. Across more than twenty years in events, she became known for one thing above all: turning other people's vision into reality.

But Sharon was never content to succeed alone. Even at her busiest, she made time to mentor other small business owners, and that generosity became its own body of work. In 2012, she co-authored "Socially Smart and Savvy," sharing digital marketing strategies designed to help women build thriving businesses. In 2014, she was honored with the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Event Planners Association.

The more women she mentored, the clearer the gap became. Too many capable, ambitious women had nowhere to feel genuinely supported, equipped, and seen. So in 2018, Sharon built it: the Possible Women's Empowerment Collaborative, known today as The Possible Woman. As its Founder and Chief Visionary Officer, she created a space where hundreds have found the clarity and alignment to chase their most audacious goals.

Out of that work came her proprietary A.R.C.P.V.E. Method, a six-stage journey that carries a woman from Awareness and Release into Clarity, Purpose, Visibility, and finally Expansion. It is the same path she has walked hundreds of women through: the honest inner reckoning first, then the outer visibility that makes their work impossible to ignore.

What began as a collaborative grew into a movement. Today The Possible Woman spans a thriving community, a coaching practice, signature events, and The Possible Woman Magazine, where Sharon serves as Editor-in-Chief, amplifying the women redefining success on their own terms. Her work has earned honors including the 2020 Daily Herald Business Ledger Influential Women in Business Award, but the recognition she values most is watching another woman realize what's possible for her.

Through all of it runs one belief she returns to again and again: what's possible for one is possible for all.

When she isn't creating space for women to rise, Sharon is a loving wife of over 40 years, a proud mother of two amazing young men, a doting grandmother to two beautiful grandbabies, and most at peace lakeside at the family cabin, traveling, or soaking up cuddles from her four-legged sidekick, Divo.

What's possible for one is possible for all.
